By accessing or using PixPress, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

PixPress provides free, browser-based image compression and conversion tools. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

3. Use of the service

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to it.

4. Your files

You retain all rights to the images you process. Because processing happens locally in your browser, we do not receive or claim any rights to your files.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PixPress shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of data, arising from use of the service.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
